Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Line of Win ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Game. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GOOD LUCK STUDIO LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Line of Win is an idle football management simulation game where players:

• Build and manage a football team starting from Division 6
• Progress through six divisions to reach the Premier League
• Manage squad formations, transfers, and team development
• Upgrade stadium facilities and infrastructure
• Experience automated match simulations every 30 seconds
• Earn offline progress for up to 24 hours

The Game is provided for entertainment purposes only and is available exclusively through the Apple App Store for iOS devices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• If you are under 18, you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Game
• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will not use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. User Account and Game Progress

4.1 Local Data Storage

Your game progress, including your team data, match history, financial status, and facility upgrades, is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not maintain cloud saves or online accounts for the Game.

4.2 Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and game data. Loss of device, deletion of the app, or device failure may result in permanent loss of game progress. We recommend regularly backing up your device through iOS's standard backup systems.

4.3 Data Reset

The Game includes a "Clear All Data" feature in settings that permanently deletes all game progress. This action cannot be undone. Use this feature with caution.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

You agree to play the Game fairly and in accordance with its intended design. The following actions are prohibited:

• Using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Manipulating game files or attempting to modify the Game's code
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Attempting to access features or content not yet released
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game

6. In-App Purchases

6.1 Virtual Currency and Items

The Game may offer in-app purchases for virtual currency or items. These purchases:

• Are processed through Apple's App Store payment system
• Are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be transferred between devices or users
• May be lost if the Game is uninstalled or your device is lost

6.2 Pricing

Prices for in-app purchases are set by the App Store and may vary by region. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, though changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Game Content

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, audio, video, text, software code, and game mechanics, is owned by GOOD LUCK STUDIO LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Game or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Create derivative works based on the Game
• Use the Game's content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

8. User Conduct

When contacting support or interacting with our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Communicate respectfully with our support team
• Not submit false reports or spam communications
• Not attempt to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Game, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Updates and Modifications

10.1 Game Updates

We may release updates to the Game that include:

• New features and content
• Balance adjustments to gameplay mechanics
• Bug fixes and performance improvements
• Changes to the user interface

Updates may be required to continue using the Game. We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with older versions.

10.2 Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Game or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 "As Is" Basis

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The Game will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Game will be free of viruses or harmful components
• The Game will meet your requirements or expectations

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD LUCK STUDIO LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GOOD LUCK STUDIO LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Game
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Game

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the Game from your device and discontinuing use.

13.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Game
• Continuing to provide the Game becomes impractical or unfeasible

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination shall continue to apply.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GOOD LUCK STUDIO LIMITED regarding the Game.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

16. Apple-Specific Terms

For users who download the Game from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and GOOD LUCK STUDIO LIMITED only, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Game
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any third-party claims relating to the Game
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
